Jim's Visionary is a Pennsylvania licensed enhanced inspection station.
What is an enhanced inspection you ask?
Enhanced inspections, form MV-426b, are required when a vehicle has been declared a total loss from an insurance company. This could be due to an accident, flood or vandalism. Once the vehicle has hit this status, it is issued a salvage certificate. This looks similar to a normal title, but is not. The enhanced inspection is needed after a vehicle that has been declared a total loss, is repaired back to OEM standards. The enhanced inspection is also needed for any specially constructed vehicles.
